Return of faulty product upon arrival
Bag Central tries its best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. However, in the unfortunate event that any faulty product has been received upon delivery, please contact us for a Return Authorisation Number and return the faulty product to us.
All products purchased from Bag Central come with a 14 days returns policy from the receipt of shipment.
The returning of goods is the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to insure the items appropriately. Bag Central will not be responsible for any item damaged or lost during transit back to us.
Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the bag to us and Bag Central will bear the cost associated with the shipping of new bag to you.
All returns need to be in unused condition with its original packaging.

Warranty Issues
The warranty issues of all products in Bag Central are handled directly by its manufacturer or distributor. If you encounter a problem with your purchased item within the manufacturer warranty period, please contact the manufacturer or distributor for a direct resolution to your warranty claim. However, you may still contact us if you need any help or information. We are happy to assist.
