Shipping Information

Delivery is made via a third party courier company. We do not deliver to a Post Office Box. The name and signature of the receiver is required for all our delivery. For security reasons, shipping address cannot be changed once item(s) has been shipped. Please also note that under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
Note: If the country where you will like to ship to does not appear in the Country drop-down menu, it means that we do not currently ship to that country.
To assist us with processing your order, please provide your landline number as well as a mobile number.
Please note that our couriers do not make any phone call before delivery or if no one is at the shipping address. Couriers cannot predict their delivery schedule so you need to specify a shipping address that someone will always be around during office hours for 1-3 business days after placing your order.
Like most retailers that provide delivery services, Bag Central can only guarantee the delivery of items to the shipping address as specified by our customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to evaluate and decide if their shipping address is suitable for purchase via courier delivery.
Bag Central will not be held responsible for any item reported missing once the item(s) has been successfully delivered to the specified shipping address.
Australian Deliveries (1-3 business days)
For delivery to major States, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-2 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.
If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone.

International Shipping
Your packages may be subject to the custom fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as these charges changes according to each country's custom regulation. You should contact your local custom department for further information.
We use international courier service for all our international deliveries. All our international deliveries are trackable.
New Zealand customers usually receive their orders within 3 - 7 business days.

There may be instances where shipping charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before processing any order where the shipping charge has increased, Bag Central will contact the customer to confirm acceptance.
Please Note: Products on a single order may ship from multiple warehouses resulting in multiple deliveries being received. Customers will only be charged with one shipping charge regardless of part shipment.
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with full order details. Bag Central staff will process your order immediately once payment is received.
